Anita Briem and Anisa Butt
Anita Briem was born in Iceland. Anita Briesm, an Icelandic actor is known for her portrayal of Jane Seymour (the young woman who will later be the wife to Henry VIII) in the television show The Tudors. Also for her role as Hannah in the 2008 movie Journey to the Center of the Earth. Briem began her acting journey at age 9 at the National Theater in Iceland. When she was in her home country Iceland she appeared on radio, television and various different programs while a young actor. At 16 Briem relocated to London where he participated in a production for the theater of the show Lenin in Love at the New End Theater. Briem studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art for three years, gaining an award in acting. Briem was a part of a variety of shows at RADA including The Cherry Garden, by Anton Chekhov, and Bernarda Alba's house, by Federico Garcia Lorca.
